Darsej Rizaj is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Digital School and StarLabs with over 15 years of global experience in technology leadership, ICT engineering, and education innovation. At Digital School, Kosovo’s first programming academy for children, he has led the development of digital curricula and platforms that help learners aged 7–18 master programming and computational thinking. At StarLabs, he oversees ICT outsourcing, system integration, and managed services for international clients. His earlier career includes senior technical roles at Cisco, Vodafone, Tellabs, and 3CIS, leading large-scale network and infrastructure projects across Europe and the Middle East. As an exhibitor and speaker at Bett UK, Darsej champions Digital School’s mission to transform education through technology and innovation.
