Chanté Oduwolé is a SENDCo and educational leader at Beacon Multi Academy Trust, with 14 years’ experience across early years, secondary and post-16 education. She has led whole-school SEND provision, including EHCP reviews, provision mapping and CPD on neurodiversity, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA) and inclusive teaching. A Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and the Royal Society of Arts, she holds the NPQSL and is currently completing a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management. Passionate about how EdTech and AI can improve access to learning for students with additional needs and support teachers in delivering targeted interventions, Chanté works nationally to improve outcomes for learners and educators alike.
