Channon Gray is a former teacher turned Children’s Mental Health Practitioner, children’s author, speaker and multi-award-winning founder of Exciting Teacher and The Scribbles Crew.  

Growing up in Cornwall, Channon studied at LSE before completing teacher training and an MEd at Cambridge University. Founded in 2022, Exciting Teacher provides practical, emotionally literate tools and resources used by educators in classrooms around the world.  

Named as a UK Top 100 Female Entrepreneur and Great British Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 (South West), Channon’s work has supported over 90,000 children globally. Exciting Teacher and The Scribbles Crew empower educators and parents to support children’s emotions, reduce stigma, build connection and develop lifelong emotional wellbeing skills.
