Chahna holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Westminster. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Deputy Chair of the Academy of Marketing Education Special Interest Group, and a Chartered Business Management Educator. Her scholarship focuses on assessment design and workplace readiness in the age of artificial intelligence, effective assessment communication and use of assessment rubrics. Her work has been published by the Chartered Association of Business Schools and the Journal of Learning Development in Higher Education, and funded by the UK Council for International Student Affairs, Academy of Marketing and KCL Innovative Education Fund.
