Caroline Keep
Caroline Keep is an award-winning doctoral researcher at the University of Central Lancashire, data scientist, and educator specialising in the development of AI frameworks for school leadership. Her PhD research focuses on architecting technical models using Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping (FCM) to bridge the gap between complex data science and practical classroom management. As a leading authority on digital implementation, Caroline is a prolific speaker for organisations including the Nuclear Institute, the Institute of Physics (IOP), BESA, and the National Autistic Society. Driven by her lived experience as a neurodivergent (autistic/ADHD) educator, she is a fierce advocate for neuroinclusivity and equity in technology. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Liverpool City Region Disabled Equality Panel and was the founder of the UK’s first state school makerspace.
