Carlo Liu is Group Head of Enterprise, Employability and Careers at Capital City College, driving strategy to embed employability and enterprise across learning. She forges strong industry partnerships to deliver impactful work experience, live briefs, and clear progression routes. Carlo led on the Mayor’s Digital Skills Academy, connecting with employers to create innovative programmes; Women in Tech Innovation, Live Projects, digital marketing internships, and IT bootcamps—focused on supporting Londoners, especially those hardest to reach, into work.
