Ben has been teaching in primary education for 15 years and is currently the deputy head of Ranikhet Academy. He has taught across all age groups in the primary sector and has been part of the small team that has taken his current school from inadequate to good in less than 2 years. Ben has a particular focus in the pastoral elements of school and developing schools as the heart of their communities. In addition to this, Ben is the main educational consultant for School Online, continually developing their award nominated resources to help pupils develop their core learning skills using their innovative online platform.
