He is an education consultant, former senior school leader and the founder of Insight, a research-informed framework designed to help schools understand the why behind behaviour, engagement and motivation.

With three decades of experience across mainstream, alternative provision and system leadership, Ben specialises in translating psychology, pupil voice and data into practical classroom and whole-school strategies.

Insight is currently being piloted across secondary schools, trusts and sporting contexts in the UK and internationally. Ben’s work focuses on supporting high standards while strengthening psychological safety, staff confidence and sustainable culture change.
