Antony has been responsible for developing the Applicaa digital platform to serve the needs of parents, students, admin teams and teachers by working closely with the product and development teams. The product team is tasked with listening to customers, understanding their needs, and interpreting this to create powerful product updates that continue to add value to existing and new jobs. Antony has worked closely with the Product Team from the initial version of Admissions+ to transforming it into the complete end-to-end platform it is today ' enabling schools to do all things Admissions & Bursary in one place! He finds it really satisfying and enjoyable seeing ideas come to life and loves the process of solving challenging problems through intuitive product solutions in a space that has a genuine impact. There is significant room for growth both in the product and also market adoption. It's such an enjoyable road to be on ' making Applicaa the number 1 Admissions, Marketing & Onboarding Platform! As COO, Antony now looks after the wider interests of the business and over sees operations and new product development.
