Andy Baker is a behaviour specialist, trainer and author of Targeting the Positive with Behaviours that Challenge. He is the Managing Director of Able Training and has spent over 15 years helping schools, care providers and families create calmer, more dignified and more effective responses to behaviour. His work combines person-centered practice, communication, de-escalation and mindset, with a strong focus on helping adults respond well under pressure. Andy speaks and trains on behaviour, inclusion, SEND, wellbeing and practical strategies that improve outcomes for both staff and learners.
