Andrew is CEO and founder of Action Your Potential.  After a 30-year career in five secondary schools working as headteacher, deputy, leading special needs and safeguarding Andrew set up Action Your Potential (AYP) in 2018. 

AYP now work in 180 schools nationally running the Build a #NeuroNinja programme. AYP put the brain at the centre of our understanding of ourselves.  In 2024 we supported over 10,000 students to improve academic progress, build great mental health and unleash their learning. We help schools close the gap.  AYP now also support businesses as well.  Andrew has an MA in education and an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King's College.
