Alison Eason
Alison Eason has been a Primary School Teacher since 2005, working in schools across London and Essex. After earning a Masters in Education, Inclusion, and Diversity in 2016, she became a specialist Dyslexia Teacher and an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association. Over her career, Alison has focused on supporting SEN students and became head of an Additional Resourced Provision in North London, leading a team to provide personalised education for children with autism. A qualified SENCO and a member of the School Leadership Team (SLT), Alison is passionate about inclusive education and the role of adapted technologies in enhancing learning. She provides ongoing support to educators and works with families to engage and support SEN students, preparing them for independent living. In 2024, Alison was honored with the NASEN Changemaker of the Year Award for her contributions to SEN education.
