Alicia Berlanga
Since 1997, Alicia has been involved in various European Commission programs in the field of education, such as Leonardo, Socrates, eLearning, Tempus, and Erasmus+, working as a project leader and evaluator. From 2005 to 2017, she served as the Project Coordinator at the UNESCO Chair of Higher Education Management (UPC-BarcelonaTech), managing projects in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and Morocco, focusing on eLearning, quality, and strategy in university management. She has also worked as a Product Manager at Linkia FP, the first association of official online professional education schools in Spain.
Currently, Alicia manages the Edutech Clúster, a Spanish #EDTECH association of companies, institutions, and schools. Alicia is a member of the European Edtech Alliance Board and holds an Audiovisual Communication degree and a Master’s in Information and Communication Technologies from the Open University of Catalonia.
