Alice is the Head of Operations at the British Esports Federation, where she organises and manages the resources and logistics for the pilots, events, and tournaments for the company. Her primary role is leading on the development of the British Esports Student Champs, which she has worked on since being a volunteer for the pilot in 2018. Alice also is a co-creator of the Women in Esports initiative, which strives for equity, inclusion, and diversity within the esports space.
