As Head of Operations at British Esports Alice leads on any tournament, pilots, and events for the company. One of the key projects Alice has developed throughout her time at British Esports is the Student Champs, enabling students across the UK to compete in a national esports competition and discover the benefits of grassroots esports. She focuses on key operation and logistics management for the Company, alongside Team Great Britain in the Global Esports Games, Commonwealth Esports Games Championship, and European Esports Games Championship. Alice also is a co-creator of the Women in Esports initiative and helps the team to lead on this to ensure esports is accessible and inclusive for all. Alice has been awarded MCV/DEVELOP 30 under 30 in 2022 and MCV/Develop Women in Games award for Educational Impact in 2023.
