Currently Teacher Development Lead for Oasis Community Learning, Alice has worked on the front line of education in some of the country’s most challenging areas for over a decade. Alice has great experience leading with transformative impact across both the academic and pastoral life of schools, with a particular interest in responsive teaching and the power of oracy.  A firm believer in an education that is both rounded, transferable and future-proof, Alice is particularly passionate about the empowerment of teaching colleagues, at all career stages, through evidence- informed professional development.
