Abid has worked in schools and EdTech for over 20 years, championing digital equity and bridging technology gaps for learners of all backgrounds. Formerly the IT Director for a Multi-Academy Trust in London, Abid now provides independent consultancy services, supporting schools, trusts, and education organisations with sustainable digital strategy, robust cyber security, and impactful digital learning solutions.

A Google Certified Trainer and Innovator, Abid co-founded the Global GEG at the height of the pandemic alongside fellow educators worldwide, providing vital remote learning support and resources. He has presented at events globally and was recognised in the EdTech50 “Ones to Note” for his impact on digital outcomes. Passionate about sustainable transformation, Abid was described by a colleague as “a natural positive force and dreamer with 10X ideas".
