Abbie Fairbairn is the headteacher of Lawford Primary school. She was in the Army for 16 years before retraining to be come a teacher in 2010. She has taught in both KS1 (Years 1–2) and KS2 (Years 3–6), but predominantly in Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5–6). Before moving to Lawford in September 2018, she worked in several schools within the Diocese of Chelmsford Vines Schools’ Trust as a class teacher, Deputy Head and Head of School.
