Abbi Shaw is UCL Arts and Humanities' Faculty Learning Technology Lead, responsible for the strategic use of teaching, learning and assessment platforms across the ten departments that comprise the Faculty. Supporting disciplines ranging from languages to fine art, culture and philosophy, Abbi liaises between academics, professional services colleagues, and central teams, developing academic digital trust and resilience whilst facilitating pedagogical creativity and exploration.  Abbi has extensive experience of leading innovation and change in Higher Education, and has a personal research focus on the professional identity of digital education specialists in UK higher education.
