Martin Crick is Head of Product at Crick Software and leads the ongoing development of Clicker, a trusted literacy tool used by schools worldwide for over 30 years. Drawing on 14 years of experience as a teacher and senior leader in an inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets, Martin combines classroom expertise with a passion for educational technology. He is particularly interested in how tools such as Clicker can support adaptive teaching, reduce barriers to learning and enable every child to make progress. As both a former school leader and current product lead, Martin is committed to developing technology that empowers teachers and helps all learners achieve success with confidence and independence.
