This Challenge Roundtable will explore strategies for embedding AI literacy across curricula, upskilling educators, and preparing learners for evolving job markets. Discussions will focus on foundational competencies for job readiness, ethical understanding, and the role of lifelong learning and large-scale skilling in building a resilient, future-ready workforce. In part 1 of the roundtable, participants will build a shared understanding of barriers through empathy mapping, problem framing, and rapid ideation to uncover how education systems can equip learners and educators with the skills needed for a digitally driven future.
