This Challenge Roundtable will explore innovative financing models, public–private investment strategies, and cost-effective procurement practices. It will also address long-term planning, budgeting for infrastructure and maintenance, and aligning investments with national education priorities. In part 1 of the roundtable, participants will build a shared understanding of barriers through empathy mapping, problem framing, and rapid ideation to examine sustainable funding approaches for digital transformation.
