Yana Crispil is the CEO and Founder of EdSpire, an edtech startup transforming how power skills are assessed and managed for grades 5–12. She previously served as VP HR at a global agri-tech company and was a member of the executive leadership team, where she led the company’s human capital strategy and established the HR function from the ground up.

In recent years, Yana has been a lecturer and subject-matter expert on Skills-Based Organizations (SBO), focusing on future-ready and career readiness skills. At EdSpire, she brings this experience into education through a diagnostic platform that provides continuous, real-time visibility into key power skills such as resilience, critical and creative thinking, adaptability, and teamwork—enabling leaders to identify gaps, prioritize interventions, and manage skills development with clarity and confidence.
