Sarah Baber is CEO of Great Learners Trust and an accomplished educational leader with over 20 years’ experience in education. 

A passionate advocate for purposeful technology and innovation, Sarah’s visionary leadership has placed educational technology at the heart of her work. As a Headteacher, she led a school recognised for eight years as a Microsoft Showcase School, as well as a Microsoft Training Academy and DfE EdTech Demonstrator School. 

As CEO, Sarah continues to drive an ambitious digital strategy across Great Learners Trust, with two schools recognised among the UK’s EdTech 50 Schools. She has also led the design of a Trust wide computing curriculum, combining coding, computational thinking, engineering, AI and real-world technology to develop children as confident creators and innovators. 

Sarah is a regular national speaker and contributor on educational technology, digital leadership and innovation. She is passionate about empowering educators to embrace technology with purpose, build digital confidence and create inspiring learning experiences for children.
