John has been with Dell Technologies for seven years, providing product expertise and technical guidance to customers across the public sector, with a particular focus on education. He works closely with organisations to support digital transformation initiatives, improve outcomes, and maximise the value of technology within learning environments. 

During his time at Dell, John has built strong relationships with organisations including the British Esports Federation and The Talent Foundry. Through these partnerships, he has helped raise awareness of esports and its potential benefits across all stages of education, from primary and secondary schools through to further and higher education. By collaborating with educators, students, and industry partners, he has supported programmes that demonstrate how esports can increase engagement, develop transferable skills, and create pathways into future careers. 

Drawing on his broader experience across the public sector, John is also passionate about addressing the digital divide across the UK. He regularly advocates for greater digital inclusion, highlighting the importance of access to technology, reliable connectivity, and digital skills. His focus is on ensuring that learners, educators, and communities are equipped to participate and succeed in an increasingly digital world.
