Jo Langcaster serves at Humber Education Trust, combining her expertise in finance, people management, and school business leadership to develop recruitment strategies that attract top talent to one of England’s highest-performing multi-academy trusts. With experience across primary, secondary, and higher education, her career spans financial and workforce planning, compliance, and payroll management. Since 2021, Jo has contributed to the Trust’s people strategy, improved employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, and increased collaboration to empower others to reach their full potential. Beyond her role, she actively contributes to her community as part of the RAF Cadet Civilian Committee, supporting cadet activities and overseeing squadron financial administration.
