Adam is an experienced senior leader with a profound expertise in integrating technology effectively into educational environments. As Director of Digital Transformation at Caterham School, Adam has been instrumental in curriculum design, staff and pupil training, and fostering a positive relationship between pedagogy and technology. He is Co-Founder and Special Advisor at Sphinx AI, an innovative EdTech startup, which develops AI platforms for education, including the student-facing chatbot, RileyBot & ellisAI, a marking and feedback tool for Teachers and students.  

As the author of the HMC AI Framework, Adam has been at the forefront of driving forward-thinking educational initiatives. His research and advocacy focus on evolving school curricula to address the dynamic needs of the future workforce, which led to the creation of the pioneering ‘EDGE curriculum’ at Caterham School.
