The Centre for Education Operational Excellence (CEOE) is the home of Operational Excellence for Education™. Through our patented Framework, which sets the benchmark across ten domains of operational excellence, we help schools and trusts operate at their very best.

We provide strategic support to schools, trusts and education organisations to address complex operational challenges, strengthen leadership, culture, people and systems, and create conditions for sustainable educational success.

Through four interconnected specialist hubs, including the Institute of School Business Leadership (ISBL), CEOE develops professional capability, enables operational improvement and transformation, generates research and insight, and fosters national and international collaboration to improve organisational effectiveness and deliver lasting impact in line with our charitable goals.

By bringing together expertise, innovation and evidence-informed practice, we support schools and trusts to harness technology, digital transformation and data-driven decision-making to strengthen organisational effectiveness and accelerate their journey towards Operational Excellence.
