Children form ideas about who they can become long before secondary school, often by the age of seven. WonderLeap works with primary schools at that point.

Pupils explore nine Career Zones, from STEM and Future Tech to Health and Care and Nature and Environment, through game-based missions that let them try a role rather than read about one. Guided by Wonda, they meet careers and skills that would never otherwise cross their path.

Teachers get progress dashboards with no marking and no preparation. School leaders get the WonderLeap Careers Readiness Index, a 0 to 100 measure of career awareness, curiosity, self-belief, future skills and breadth of aspiration, evidence of impact for inspections and governors.
