The Global EdTech Testbed Network (GETN) is a UK-based Community Interest Company that aims to support the growth of EdTech Testbeds (or Trialling environments) by convening events and producing open-source resources that further knowledge and practice. Initiated with funding from Jacobs Foundation in 2022, the GETN now serves over 500 key stakeholders from 24 countries through its highly interactive workshops, event reports and wider publications. This work has been informed by the seminal research on more systemic EdTech Testbeds that developed a practical framework to support their design, implementation and evaluation. This framework is now being adapted and operationalised in multiple countries and a number of design tools for education leaders and policymakers tools have been developed to support this adaptation. GETN will be hosting ministerial visits and offering a range of panel presentations, EdTech Testbed showcases and wider opportunties to engage with Testbed leaders from around the world.
