Shan is the Chief Operations Officer of LEO Academy Trust and has over 20 years experience in education administration. She has had hands-on experience of working in a school office in both infants and primary school. Shan is the strategic lead for HR, Finance, Governance and Compliance and Sustainability and with the support of the central team aims to provide the best resources and support possible to ensure our pupils have access to wider opportunities and excellent standards of teaching and learning.
