Robyn Howard is an experienced leader with over 12 years’ experience in recruitment, employer branding, and technology marketing. As Chief Operating Officer at Tech She Can — a UK charity dedicated to improving gender balance in technology — Robyn leads the organisation’s strategy, operations, and partnerships to drive sustainable impact across education and industry. 

Before joining Tech She Can, Robyn spent over a decade at PwC, where she held senior roles in talent attraction, diversity and inclusion, and technology marketing strategy. Her career has consistently focused on the intersection of people, purpose, and technology — championing initiatives that use innovation for social good. 

Robyn played a key role in the creation of Tech She Can, helping to establish it as an independent charity following its origins within PwC. She led pioneering market research that shaped the charity’s educational programmes and continues to inform its mission today.
