Lee has been a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at Ribblesdale School for eight years, taking on various roles focused on integrating technology to enhance teaching, learning, and operational efficiency. He has also supported other schools in their digital transformation through initiatives such as the DfE Demonstrator Programme and the Northwest Edtech Hub. Before his education career, Lee studied Computer and Multimedia Systems at the University of Liverpool and later earned a Master’s in Teaching and Learning specialising in the effective use of technology to improve learning outcomes. He describes himself as a ‘technology pragmatist’ who values innovation, evaluating its effectiveness, and then deciding whether to adopt or discard it.
