Lana brings over a decade of experience in education, specialising in business operations, estates, and commercial transformation. As Executive Director of Business Transformation at Nexus Multi Academy Trust, she leads on strategic development across projects, procurement & contracts, assets, health & safety and traded services, driving innovation, transformation and sustainable growth across the Trust. 

Lana began her career in the banking sector before moving into education as a finance officer, progressing into school business leadership roles and joining the Nexus central team in 2022. She has recently collaborated with the Department for Education and the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) to strengthen commercial capability across the education sector.
