Ernest Gavor is an EdTech ecosystem strategist, venture builder, and education innovation leader working at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and education policy across Africa.  

With over a decade of experience, he has designed and supported innovation ecosystems that accelerate digital transformation in education systems, spanning startup acceleration, digital skills development, and policy engagement. His work has involved collaborations with organisations including Mastercard Foundation, GIZ, Village Capital, Smart Africa, DOHE, and AUDA-NEPAD.  

Ernest serves as board member of the Global Edtech Alliance of Alliances and leads the Africa EdTech Exchange, a pan-African platform advancing collaboration between educators, startups, governments, and investors shaping the future of learning.  

He played a key role in coordinating the Africa Pavilion at Bett, strengthening Africa's presence in global education innovation dialogue and facilitating partnerships across public and private sectors.
