Andy Hinchliff is the Chief Operating Officer for The Circle Trust. The Circle Trust is a group of 11 school in based in Wokingham, Bracknell, Oxfordshire and Hampshire. Andy plays a key role in driving the trust's strategic approach to centralisation and digitalisation. His work focuses on developing efficient systems, strengthening organisational capacity, and using technology to streamline processes to improve services for schools, staff, and pupils.
