This session will equip educators and leaders to adopt systems thinking for AI integration using the Socio-Ecological Technology Integration (SETI) Framework. Participants will explore how educator beliefs, AI literacy training, institutional practices, policy and other supports work together to create sustainable ecosystems for teaching and learning. These interconnected systems operate at the institutional, sectoral, and national levels, shaping how AI is understood, implemented, and sustained. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of how to empower teachers, engage leaders, and guide AI initiatives that strengthen long-term educational transformation.
