The Lexile Framework for Reading provides a powerful, research-based method to improve student comprehension by placing both readers and texts on the same scale.  

This session explores how educators can use Lexile measures to match students with appropriately challenging materials, differentiate instruction, guide independent reading, and monitor growth across the school year.  

We also introduce how the Quantile Framework for Maths supports maths instruction in a similar way. Using examples from a partner, we demonstrate how schools can integrate Lexile and Quantile measures into everyday practice to improve student outcomes.  

Additionally, participants will experience how MetaMetrics’ Career APIs connect reading and maths readiness to the demands of hundreds of occupations, helping students link classroom progress with long-term aspirations.
