Wellbeing Digital Citizenship Pedagogy
With increased use of artificial intelligence, asynchronous learning modalities, and learning across distances, it is important to understand how to leverage technology to enhance human connection, build needed skills to navigate virtual and in-person lives, and attune to the well-being needs. This session will explore how starting in elementary and up through higher education can implement a Whole Human approach, where well-being is at the core of all programming for the students, educators, and families. Attendees will explore how to use relationship-driven resources for students, educators, and families to provide wrap around services that support the whole student. Attendees will gain insights into how development shapes the way that we create environments that support students’ overall well-being, fostering resilience, and promoting personal growth — and why it is so critical to provide families of all students needed tools to support their students on their educational journey.
