Ensuring a digitally inclusive learning experience for all students
Digital poverty impacts 25% of UK children. EdTech and digital access can greatly improve learning outcomes for the vast majority of students.
This session will examine how to create a digital strategy for the classroom that empowers rather than divides. Topics will include how to we ensure access to digital devices suitable for learning, rather than relying on smartphones; how we ensure the growth of digital skills that inspire online literacy fit for the future; and how do we ensure online wellbeing that helps to protect children from online harms and misinformation, whilst harnessing the opportunities of emerging technologies.
The Digital Poverty Alliance will host this session, a registered charity that works to promote an end to digital exclusion once and for all.
