This seminar, featuring senior leaders from EdTech 50 and EdTech Hubs, focuses on securing positive impacts and strong ROI from technology investment. The core strategy is alignment: EdTech must directly support the whole-school improvement plan moving beyond tools for tools' sake. This session will focus on two key areas. The first focuses on school development. EdTech acts as a catalyst by enhancing professional capacity through CPD, enabling a data-informed culture, and improving operational efficiency to reduce teacher workload. The second focuses on raising standards. Strategic deployment enables personalised learning, provides swift, targeted intervention based on diagnostic data, boosts engagement, and promotes equity and access to high-quality resources. The leaders emphasise that sustained positive change requires collaborative knowledge and treating EdTech as an integrated engine for continuous improvement.
