From data to impact: Technology, governance, and evidence-based decision-making in Higher Education
In this keynote, Dr Lina Altoaimy, Deputy Minister for Scholarships at the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia, explores how data-driven decision-making is reshaping Higher Education systems at both institutional and national levels.
Drawing on her experience as an Assistant Professor of Information Technology at King Saud University and her leadership of Saudi Arabia’s national scholarship programme, Dr Altoaimy will examine how digital technologies, robust data frameworks, and effective governance can work together to improve the student experience at scale. She will share insights into integrating data analytics, regulatory coordination, and policy design to enhance transparency, efficiency, and quality across complex education systems.
