This session will explore how teachers and students can use AI in a safe, impactful way. Whether being used outside the classroom for planning, resourcing or feedback, or inside the classroom as a teaching and learning assistant, generative AI tools like Google NotebookLM, Claude and Copilot have the potential to transform education. This session will introduce the notion of the ‘cybernetic classmate’: tools and techniques to leverage AI’s enormous potential to add value to teachers and learners alike.
