Society College
Society College is aware of the struggle of the job market where it is difficult to find or to keep talents. The reason is that the job market isn’t aware of the skill and mind set of the future employee. Society College has the solution by focusing on talent recruitment by a special societal Bildung program where the participants will be skilled for life and contribute to society with a higher job retention as result. Society College believes that the employee of the future would like to make a career combined with societal impact: it is not only about career, but every phase of life needs another job fulfillment and skill set. The founders of Society College have a seven years successful experience with Defensity College (scaleup within the Dutch ministry of Defense) with 6000 applicants, 50% female and a 90% retention.
