In the first part of this session we will explore exactly what is personalised learning, considering different perspectives, aspects and outcomes: student/teacher/system. We will investigate some practical considerations, drawing on examples which use a range of digital tools, resources and platforms across different subjects and curriculum areas. We will explain the approach of the Erasmus+ Empower2Learn project in which the speakers are partners and introduce the toolkit which will be an outcome of the project. In the final section we will facilitate next steps and take-aways from the session, focussing on teachers but considering other roles and contexts too.
