Wellbeing , Skills
In a year when our students have had maximum screen use and minimal physical interaction, digital stressors and mental health are a deep concern for both teachers and parents. In this session, you will learn practical steps to create a positive school culture that supports an engaged classroom and hear how STEM teacher and Common Sense Ambassador, Pip Bhol is implementing Digital Citizenship in his classroom. You will leave with free resources from Common Sense Education that you can immediately use in your classroom and for your 2022 planning. Participants will leave with strategies, thinking routines, lessons, and tools to help students navigate their digital lives from early years through to further education.
