In the battle to get demotivated workers back into workplaces we have been reduced to a polarising binary of in-person or video conferencing. This session takes a deep dive into what good connectivity means, reimagine new ways of connecting in flexible environments that meet the diverse needs of today's humans. Is there a generational disconnect between Gen Z, Boomers and Millennials? And in the Higher Education space, do students really want to come back to lecture theatres? With remote delivery becoming a necessity Sheryl had to pivot her way of delivering workshops. The structure, pace and ways of interacting needed a rethink. Today she regularly delivers interactive, online sessions, with her largest audience being an inclusion keynote speech to 1,000 people.
