Effective integration of technology for learners with SEND will only be successful if it is supported by organisational change. This session will discuss the indicators which show a school or college is integrating Assistive Technology/ATech. It will also contain practical advice for leaders to implement or, for those not in charge, material with which to approach leaders. Topics include: What would you see in practice? What would you see in policy? How can we make IT systems inclusive? Are resources and delivery accessible? What knowledge and skills do teaching and learning support staff require?
