Tiana Holgate is the founder of a Diversity & Inclusion marketing vonsultancy, breathing life and creativity into organisations' DEI efforts through innovative, human-centred marketing strategies. Rooted in her sociological academic background, Tiana has years of experience in social action tackling institutional racism, sexual violence and the intersections between the two. She supports global organisations and universities through the development of intersectional DEI strategies. Her work with young people is far-reaching, having led the UK's largest research into the experiences of how Black Gen Z navigate the world of work. Throughout her career she has represented university students at a national level and worked strategically as a Trustee, pioneering DEl reviews and igniting culture change.
